Course overview

This subject combines sociology, psychology and law to examine crime, victims, policing and the justice system. You will analyse real cases, policies and research evidence, building strong analytical and writing skills.

The course begins with a Foundation Year that builds study skills, academic writing, numeracy and confidence. Pass it and you continue straight onto the honours degree with no need to reapply, which makes it one of the most reliable routes back into education.
