These terms apply to your use of the Lampton Education website and our student guidance and application support services. Lampton Education is a trading name of Lampton Education. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide information and guidance about higher education courses in the UK, help students prepare and submit applications, and offer related support such as Student Finance guidance, accommodation and transport arrangements. Our guidance and application support are provided free of charge to students.

2. What we are not

We are not a university or awarding body and we do not make admissions decisions. Decisions on applications, course content, fees, timetables and awards are made by the institutions. We are not regulated immigration advisers or financial advisers; our information on visas and funding is general guidance, and we will refer you to a regulated adviser where your situation requires it.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information and documents you give us are true, accurate, complete and your own. Providing false or misleading information or documents may lead to your application being withdrawn and may be reported to the relevant institution or authority.

4. Course information

We take care to keep course information accurate, but courses, entry requirements, fees and intake dates are set by institutions and can change. Always check the final details in your offer letter and the institution's own terms before accepting a place.

5. Third-party services

Where we arrange accommodation or transport, those services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Any costs will be confirmed to you in writing in advance, and payments are made directly to the provider unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

6. Use of the website

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, because our guidance is free and decisions are made by third parties, we are not liable for any decision made by an institution, Student Finance England or UK Visas and Immigration, or for indirect losses.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please email info@lamptonedu.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to respond in full within ten working days.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
