Course overview

Every organisation, from a local charity to a global brand, needs people who can plan, lead and solve problems, and that is exactly what this subject trains you to do. You will learn through case studies, group projects and assignments based on real organisations, building confidence in analysis, presentation and decision-making.

Higher National qualifications are practical, career-focused awards assessed through assignments rather than exams. An HND is equivalent to the first two years of a degree, and many graduates go on to a one-year top-up for a full honours degree.
