Human resource management is about getting the best from people at work: hiring well, developing talent, treating staff fairly and keeping organisations within the law. You will study employment law, recruitment, learning and development and employee relations through real workplace cases.
Over the course you will move from core principles to specialist topics, finishing with an independent project on a question that matters to you.

Eligible home students can apply to Student Finance England for a Tuition Fee Loan, paid directly to the institution, and a Maintenance Loan to help with living costs. Repayments only start once you have finished and earn above the repayment threshold.
