BA (Hons) Business Management
A broad, practical business degree that teaches you how organisations are planned, financed, marketed and led, with live briefs from real employers.
A four-year route into people management, combining a supportive foundation year with specialist study of recruitment, employment law and workplace wellbeing.
People are the biggest asset of any organisation, and managing them well is a skill in high demand. After a foundation year that builds your academic confidence, this degree focuses on human resource management: recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee relations, reward and employment law.
You will look at how organisations handle real HR challenges such as hybrid working, wellbeing, equality and inclusion, and change. The course is a strong base for later membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
For people who enjoy working with others and want a structured route into HR, including those already in administrative or supervisory roles.
