The Higher National Diploma in Business is designed with employers and focuses on the skills businesses actually need: managing people and projects, marketing, finance and understanding the business environment. Assessment is by assignment rather than exams, so you can show what you can do through practical work.
The HND is equivalent to the first two years of a bachelor's degree. When you complete it you can go straight into work, or progress to a one-year top-up to earn a full honours degree.
