Course overview

Every business decision eventually becomes a number, and accountants are the people who make those numbers reliable and meaningful. This degree covers financial reporting, management accounting, taxation, audit and corporate finance, with plenty of practice on real company accounts and modern accounting software.

The course is structured to give you a head start on professional bodies such as ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW, which may grant exemptions from some of their exams. You will also develop the commercial awareness and communication skills that separate a good accountant from a great financial adviser.
