Course overview

Psychology sits between science and everyday life. On this degree you study the main branches of the subject, from cognitive and developmental psychology to social, biological and clinical perspectives, and you learn to design studies, collect data and analyse it with confidence.

Alongside theory, you will build skills that employers value in almost any field: interpreting evidence, communicating complex findings clearly and understanding what motivates people. The final-year research project lets you investigate a question of your own choosing under the supervision of an experienced academic.
